We understand that life is busy and things come up. With having said that, we do have and enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
When you have an appointment, we reserve time just for you. Not showing up or canceling less than 24 hours in advance does not give us enough time to fill that spot. This leads to deficient productivity in the salon and can be financially upsetting to your stylist.
If you are a no-show or cancel within 24 hours or less of your appointment, you will be charged the estimated amount of your booked appointment.
